Family friendly and an excellent choice for families with kids and teens, but suitable for couples, too. Features an 80 ft water slide and an indoor wave pool. For couples on a romantic getaway there's a spa, a wine bar, rooms with fireplaces, whirlpool bath and other comforts. The Cape Codder Resort is conveniently located off Route 6, which is good if you're going to be traveling up and down Cape Cod. While it is not located near the port itself where all the Hyannisport action is, it is a short drive away. The Cape Codder is a good resort motel/hotel for families with children as well as couples. Prices are mid to upper range. Book ahead of time and receive a 20% discount on rooms.

Marriott lodgings are typically quiet and the employees courteous and helpful. Single rooms only with either 2 queen or 1 king. The location is set away from Route 6 and also away from the harbor. It is located next to the Cape Cod Mall and a movie theater multiplex, near an airport.

More of a hotel than motel, with a large exercise center, heated indoor pool, Nintendo, TV, well appointed clean rooms, refrigerator, comfortable beds and a few rooms with a Jacuzzi. Located near the Airport Shopping Center and the Airport itself and a short driving distance to beaches and the harbor, yet far enough to avoid the noise. For the attention to comfort, quiet and room amenities it's a fair value. Priced in the mid range.

Luxury amenities - Upper midrange lodgings
Located on the waterfront featuring outdoor heated pool, 40 inch flat screen televisions, well appointed luxury beds, views, and nicely done bathrooms. 42 bright and luxurious rooms - from $99 to $429 during summer season. Some rooms have double queen beds. Family friendly although there are no suites with separate bedrooms. The rooms called, The Centerville, The Hyannis, The Cotuit, and the Osterville feature the best views of the harbor, with the Hyannis and Osterville being on the second floor having the best views of all. This lodging can be referred to as a motel but I think it's closer to a hotel. The location is central but quiet. While the decor and amenities are on the higher end, the price is very reasonable considering the level of comfort received.

These are clean, comfortable and modest rooms. Up to 2 children stay free. Extra for more children. Low cost budget motel. While the price is cheap and the amenities modest in scope, the lodgings themselves are clean, comfortable and reasonable for the low cost, a good value. In the more or less $150/night range.

A reasonably priced Inn with 141 very well decorated and appointed rooms and suites that lend it a bed and breakfast feel. Located a short drive to the downtown area as well as the beach. Amenities include WiFi, outdoor pool, in-room refrigerator (most rooms), complimentary breakfast buffet for two, cable TV, DVD, hot tub, spa, restaurant, concierge service, and some of the higher end suites include a jacuzzi and more luxurious touches throughout. Although modestly priced the clean and tastefully appointed rooms may make you feel you are in a higher priced bed and breakfast, but with all the amenities that go along with being in a hotel, including a restaurant and a concierge service. This is an excellent value for couples and families because of the price, location, the luxury touches, and the resort options which allows one to either explore the Cape or relax at the Inn. Recommended.
