The Belfry Inne and Bistro

Phone: 508-888-3622
The Belfry Bistro is a bistro focused on local Cape Cod food. This formal
restaurant offers fine dining while featuring local and organic ingredients
and places emphasis on freshness, herbs, slow cooking, and natural ingredients.
Overnight guests have a complimentary breakfast menu to choose from, but
for dinner, the Bistro offers a wide range of light and indulgent fare
ranging from slow cooked lamb, Long Island duck confit, mussels, salads,
several selections of fish, pork, and vegetarian dishes. Open for breakfast
or brunch, their breakfast menu features farm fresh eggs, chicken apple
sausages, applewood smoked bacon, house made corned beef hash, golden
potato and many other classic breakfast options. Although this is an elegant
restaurant you will still find a childrens menu as well as gluten
free food menu that has a wide range of salad, seafood, fowl and
beef items to choose from. This is a great restaurant in Sandwich Cape
Cod to eat while on vacation, as well as to celebrate an important event.
A highly recommended restaurant.
The Dan'l Webster Inn
Address: 149 Main St, Sandwich, Cape Cod
MA
Phone: 508-888-3622
The Dan'l Webster offers traditional New England Fare in an exquisite
setting. The glass-enclosed dining room of this formal restaurant, referred
to as the conservatory, offers stunning views of a miniature waterfall
to accentuate the food. The Dan'l Webster Inn offers gluten free lunch
and dinner menu. While their vegetarian offerings
aren't extensive, the food is organic and locally sourced and creatively
prepared. Vegetarian menu items include a veggie burrito, veggie burger,
and various pizzas. There is also a Sunday brunch buffet. Try the butter
poached lobster or the sweet pea ravioli for dinner. Bring that special
someone out for an evening of elegant dining at this restaurant.
Aqua Grille
Address: 14 Gallo Road Sandwich Cape Cod
MA 02563
Phone: 508-888-8889
The Aqua Grille in Sandwich Cape Cod is a classic New England seafood
restaurant that is also on the waterfront. Featuring many classics but
with an interesting interpretation. A traditional New England dish like
stuffed clams comes alive with the addition of the paprika from a chorizo
sausage. This casual restaurant in Sandwich offers traditional American
fare with a local flair. Be sure to try out their award winning sandwiches
but if you're nearby on a Thursday night and are a fan of comfort food
then come down to check out their special German restaurant dinner menu.
They still serve their regular menu on Thursday nights but I heartily
recommend giving their German menu a try. Order the Stuffed Quahog, or
the fried chicken wings in buffalo sauce, or perhaps on Thursday, go ahead
and give the Jagerschnitzel a try (breaded veal with a creamy mushroom
sauce). There are a few vegetarian offerings
on the menu, including salads, a three cheese sandwich and two pasta dishes.
For vegetarians I recommend calling ahead and asking about their vegetarian
menu options because what's on the menu can change according to seasons
and availability. Also, something like vegetable Milanese may sound vegetarian
but Milanese traditionally means it is cooked in a beef broth. Bring the
family out for a comfortable and classic dining experience, or perhaps
for something slightly different on Thursday night.
